Refund & Returns Policy
At Confettified, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a clear and fair returns process.
Change of Mind Returns (Non-Defective Products)
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of our products (pressurised confetti cannons), any item that has been activated, tampered with, or is no longer in its original sealed condition is not eligible for return.
- Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available once an order has been dispatched.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch only.
Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the change-of-mind return conditions outlined above.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases:
- We will provide a replacement or refund
Return shipping will be covered by Confettified
We may request photo or video evidence to assess the issue
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email sales@confettified.com.au
Β with your order number and reason for return - Wait for return approval and instructions from our team
- Package the item securely in its original condition
- Send the item to the return address provided
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit within 3β5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or activated confetti cannons
- Items not in original packaging
- Custom or personalised products
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
- Gift cards
Product Guarantee Clarification
Our product guarantee covers faulty or defective items only and does not apply to change-of-mind returns after dispatch.
